Mr. Kennedy has been in property management since 1982 when he started with the Tampa Housing Authority. At the time of his departure there Mr. Kennedy was their Section 8 Coordinator.
John has been with Services Taylor Made since 1995 and specializes in helping at take over for HUD Section 8 troubled properties that have a high crime problem.
Mr. Kennedy also serves as the Fair Housing Coordinator for Services Taylor Made.
